About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy that targets key customers and markets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers: understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Accountabilities:

  1. Meet or exceed sales targets through effective account management and sales execution.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create better customer-focused solutions and ensure effective implementations.

Requirements:

  1. Commercial or business management degree or technical degree with additional commercial qualification.
  2. Prioritize tasks and manage resources to achieve objectives.
  3. Strong negotiation and verbal skills.
  4. Good understanding of CRM approaches and tools.
  5. Valid driving license (travel required).
  6. Fluent/native in local language.
  7. Valuable English language knowledge.
  8. Critical Experience:
  9. More than 3 years' experience in a similar position in the health sector, with preference for dental and/or medical devices or consumables.
  10. Proven track record in a similar role in sales.
