The Multilingual Customer Support Specialist role involves providing comprehensive customer support and service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently using SAP systems.
  3. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Familiarity with SAP systems
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
