Sales Ambassador for Core Diagnostics

The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Sales Ambassador to join our Core Diagnostics Division CDx team at Abbott. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts, improving customer relationships, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full revenue responsibility for 2-4 MM USD, including forecasting and target performance achievement.
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to customers, providing strategic account management and post-sales implementation support.
- Manage and drive the development of customer accounts, including new product and menu expansion targeting and sales support.
- Prepare and execute regular customer business reviews, ensuring service level achievement and economic profitability.
- Provide first-line application support and troubleshooting, as well as ongoing training and coaching to customers.
- Oversee the progress of cross-functional implementation teams, working closely with project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as biomedical, electrical, mechanical, or medical technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the diagnostic or medical devices industry, with a focus on managing and expanding existing accounts.
- Proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references.
- Excellent industry knowledge, strong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics, and strong solution selling and relationship building skills.
- Fluency in local language and English, with additional languages advantageous.
- Ability to travel frequently, with an average of three days per week.
