Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our global operating company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Provide advanced sales support to ensure a complete and well-rounded customer experience.
  • Place orders, resolve technical queries, and perform associated administrative tasks.
  • Provide first contact resolution for service inquiries, complaints, and complex customer questions.
  • Liaise with leadership and other teams to ensure a full resolution for the customer.
  • Identify potential risks to the business and escalate cases as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker or C1/C2 proficiency.
  • English language skills at a minimum B1 level.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Dynamism and team spirit.
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • EU work permit if not an EU citizen.
