Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating internal sales workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the local sales team by providing administrative assistance and coordinating sales activities
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and send price offers, specifications, and sample booking requests to customers
  • Connect customers with various IFF departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Manage customer data in Salesforce and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of services to customers
  • Arrange internal and external calls and meetings as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service or a related field would be an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Responsible and a team player, with a focus on delivering solutions and meeting customer needs
  • Confident handling of MS Office tools, with a strong proficiency in Excel and other software applications
  • Fluency in written and spoken Polish and English
