We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist with German to join our team at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services.

Our Global Shared Services Center has significantly contributed to leveraging the benefits of the company since 2012. With more than 1100 employees comprised of 27 nationalities, we collaborate with 26 Operating Companies in 25 languages.
Job Responsibilities- Monitoring and Analysis: You will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and detecting overdue payments, collecting and analyzing data for a selected payment/debt history, and reaching out to customers to discuss their debts.
- Customer Ledger Management: You will own the Customer Ledger and ensure it remains clear and up-to-date, meeting collection targets.
- Business Partnership: You will act as a Business Partner to OpCos (e.g., Cash/Pre Legal Collectors, Sales, Customer Service) to provide timely and accurate data, ensuring effective collections.
- Team Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with other HGSS teams (Front and Back Office teams) to ensure effective delivery of collection processes and maintain standards.
- Customer Relationship Management: You will manage customer relationship accounts and ensure a high level of service is provided at all times.
- Communication and Negotiation: You will handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers, identify held orders, take appropriate actions to resolve them, manage the credit limit exceeded process in accordance with credit policy, and support continuous improvement projects.
- Language Skills: You should have a strong command of German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Experience: You should have at least one year of experience in OTC Collection area and accounting background/expertise.
- Skills: You should possess strong customer focus, collection experience, negotiation skills, and understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash process-Business knowledge.
