Currently, we seek a highly skilled professional to fill the role of:

Business Development Manager

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing proactive outbound sales strategies for acquiring B2B clients
  • Collaborating with the team to design and implement sales strategies for the Polish and CEE markets
  • Overseeing the sales process, which involves identifying client needs, creating offers, and engaging in negotiations
  • Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the company's CRM system
  • Supporting the planning and execution of webinars and online events
  • Preparing for public speaking engagements at these events

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a similar position in the B2B and outbound sales sector (min. 1 year)
  • English language proficiency at least at B2 level and Native Polish
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactivity
  • Independence
  • Knowledge of customer service solutions

Nice to have:

  • Experience in selling SaaS, e-commerce, or cloud solutions (min. 1 year)
