The Employee Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all employees have a positive and engaging experience at TN Poland.

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute onboarding processes for new employees.
  2. Analyze employee turnover and propose recommendations to reduce it.
  3. Participate in employee retention and development programs.
  4. Conduct regular meetings with employees to discuss their job satisfaction.
  5. Summarize meeting outcomes and develop recommendations.
  6. Collaborate with managers to implement proposals.
  7. Organize performance review processes for administrative staff.
  8. Advise managers on team management and motivation based on performance evaluation results.
  9. Manage operational tasks in Jira.
  10. Maintain reporting and analytics on key HR metrics.
Requirements
  1. A strong affinity for HR or psychology with over 2 years of experience.
  2. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  3. Capable of listening, negotiating, and communicating effectively.
  4. Experience with Google tools.
  5. Willingness to engage in work.
