Position Description

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be a highly motivated individual who is responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts to identify, select, and onboard the best talents for our open positions in Poland. This role involves executing responsibilities in the following areas: recruitment and sourcing, resume review/phone screens, interviews, tracking/organizing data, employee integration, and general Talent Acquisition duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for selected positions on the Polish market, mainly entry positions and civil contracts
• Ensure a great candidate journey, starting at the job ad, managing and conducting interviews, and being in charge of contract negotiations with the candidate
• Support in organizing and executing local employer branding activities, such as job fairs, company presentations, and internal events

Requirements

• You are ready to work at least 30 hours per week for a period of 6-9 months (civil contract)
• University degree in business administration or a related field or working experience in a customer-facing position is a plus
• Ideally, you already gained first experience in recruiting, either by working for an agency or for a bigger company
• You are eager to learn and motivated to make improvements in life possible
• Communication is your key competence – you can motivate and inspire candidates as well as internal stakeholders in English (both written and spoken) and Polish
• You love to work in a fast-paced environment, handling several projects and tasks at the same time without losing focus
