Business Development and Sales Manager for IT Services

We are a fast-growing technology company, People More, with a strong focus on delivering innovative solutions to our clients. As a Business Development and Sales Manager for IT Services, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to expand our client base in the DACH, BeNeLux, and Nordics regions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape business development strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Presenting our portfolio to potential clients and negotiating contracts to meet business objectives.
  • Contributing to marketing content creation to enhance our brand presence and portfolio visibility.
  • Representing our company at conferences and events, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in selling outsourced IT services, preferably in a software house environment.
  • Excellent Polish and English language skills (C1 preferred).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel to create engaging presentations and analyze data.
  • A positive and client-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive results.
  • A good understanding of global business trends and challenges.
  • Experience in dealing with commercial topics like business development, account management, sales, bid management, negotiations, etc., especially in a software house environment.
  • A willingness to travel and participate in business development activities.
