IT Business Development and Sales Director

We have been in operation for over three years, built upon one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. Our team boasts a vast client base worldwide, with whom we collaborate on UX/UI, frontend/backend, mobile development, and more. We work directly with clients and support partners in their solutions, ensuring diverse projects and flexibility.

We seek an IT Business Development and Sales Director who will drive business growth by finding new clients for our IT services, focusing on DACH, BeNeLux, and Nordics regions.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Pursue business development opportunities and establish partnerships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Present our portfolio to clients and negotiate contracts
  • Create marketing content to showcase our expertise
  • Represent Peoplemore at conferences and events

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience selling outsourced IT services, preferably in a software house environment
  • Proficiency in Polish and English (C1 level preferred)
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • An open-minded, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • A good understanding of global business and market trends
  • Ability to handle complex client-facing commercial topics
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing circumstances
