About the Role

As a Senior Associate on our Migration and Strategy team, you will play a key role in driving business growth and innovation. This exciting opportunity is located in Wrocław, Poland.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Strategic Migration. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing client questionnaires, executing entity setups, and maintaining data accuracy. You will also provide support during client conversions, train junior team members, and assist in improving processes and team efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review client questionnaires for completeness and accuracy
  • Execute and review entity setups in Eagle production region
  • Maintain entity setups in both TRACE and pControl
  • Review all entity change request forms
  • Prepare, execute, and review entity changes in Eagle
  • Maintain and execute code value and cross-reference requests
  • Track and maintain change database
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or IT, and + years of experience in investment management and/or the financial services industry
  • Self-motivator with a strong work ethic, initiative, critical, and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills and ability to quickly gather and analyze data
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills with ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment
  • Collaborative interpersonal skills, ability to work within teams, and proven track record of building strong relationships
  • Flexibility to support market hours and do some after-hours work when necessary
  • Experience using Eagle products preferred but not required
