Job Summary

Andersen, a pre-IPO software development company, invites an Assistant to Head of Commercial Department to join its team.

We provide a full cycle of services, helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Our expertise covers FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Logistics, Travel & Hospitality, eCommerce, and other industries.

As a responsible and proactive team member, you will be responsible for compiling follow-up and to-do lists, tracking the completion of action points, and monitoring the implementation of low-level decisions.

You will also assist in controlling deadlines, track SLAs, and remotely support the leader during business trips and coordination of scheduled meetings.

Additionally, you will manage business correspondence, communicate with company departments, and administer documents for external consultants.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with similar tasks;
  • Proficiency in working with Google sheets and documents;
  • Ability to work with any task scheduler;
  • Ability to multitask, work with large volumes of information;
  • Attention to detail, organizational, administrative, and analytical abilities;
  • Proactiveness, responsibility, and accountability;
  • Fluent professional written and oral Russian language skills;
  • English language proficiency - Intermediate level or higher;
