Job Description


Key Responsibilities:



  • Support and maintain lab infrastructure for local site and region
  • Collaborate with internal teams on requirements and solutions
  • Define, acquire, deploy, and maintain lab physical and virtualized environments
  • Monitor and respond to complex issues and requests
  • Coordinate downtimes and changes
  • Ensure security compliance
  • Contribute to automation and standardization

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Understanding of computer networks and IT environments
  • Knowledge and experience in Windows and/or Linux Operating Systems
  • Interest in automation and related experience
  • Good English language skills

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Masters degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Hands-on experience in data storage and virtualization
  • Scripting and system programming experience
  • Broad IT infrastructure knowledge
