Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive our client's Supply Chain compliance strategy, ensuring we meet all legal, regulatory, and customer requirements.

About the Role

This challenging position involves supporting the creation and ongoing updates of our SCM Compliance strategy, performance metrics, and operating framework. You will also be responsible for implementing SCM Compliance policies, performance metrics, and operating frameworks to ensure meeting our client's Supply Chain's legal, regulatory, and customer compliance requirements.

You will work closely with our clients to develop and implement process documentation as relevant. Your role will also involve building the brand value of the SCM Compliance team among stakeholders and ensuring regular communication with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a mix of management and self-directed tasks, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • SUPPLY CHAIN COMPLIANCE POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION: Develop and implement supply chain compliance policies, procedures, and standards that align with our client's needs and expectations.
  • COMPLIANCE STRATEGY SUPPORT: Support the development and maintenance of our client's supply chain compliance strategy, including performance metrics and operating frameworks.
  • PROCESS DOCUMENTATION: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation related to supply chain compliance.
  • STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably with a focus on compliance topics such as Human Rights and Environment.
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • CERTIFICATIONS/LICENCES: Relevant certifications or licenses in supply chain management or a related field would be advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar role, combined with relevant education and certifications, will make your application more competitive.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
