Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Compliance Specialist to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. This role will be responsible for supporting the creation and ongoing updates of our SCM Compliance strategy, performance metrics, and operating framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of SCM Compliance policies, performance metrics, and operating framework to ensure compliance with our client's Supply Chain's legal, regulatory, and customer compliance requirements.
  • Implement conflict minerals program, risk assessments, screening, and monitoring to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation as relevant to support SCM Compliance efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote the brand value of the SCM Compliance team.
  • Mix of management and self-directed tasks to ensure the successful execution of SCM Compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Supply Chain management experience with a focus on SCM Compliance topics, especially Human Rights Environment.
  • Fluent English language in speech and writing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Accurate, analytical, and process-driven way of working.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and passion for learning.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to manage projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Performance and management reporting experience.
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing processes and procedures.
  • Interest in Lean and continuous improvement.
  • Creativity and ability to collaborate and develop relationships.
  • Product Quality, engineering process knowledge.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of international law is an asset.
