Job Summary

As a Supply Chain Compliance Specialist at Infotree Global Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting the creation and ongoing updates of our SCM Compliance strategy, performance metrics, and operating framework. This includes supporting our client's Supply Chain's legal, regulatory, and customer compliance requirements, including conflict minerals program, risk assessments, screening, and monitoring. You will implement SCM Compliance policies, performance metrics, and operating framework to ensure meeting our client's Supply Chain's legal, regulatory, and customer compliance requirements and drive Supply-chain Sustainability and Ethical Procurement agenda. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing process documentation as relevant, building the brand value of the SCM Compliance team among stakeholders, and ensuring regular connect-up with key stakeholders. This role requires a mix of management and self-directed tasks.

Key Qualifications
REQUIRED:
• Supply Chain management experience including focus on SCM Compliance topics (especially Human Rights Environment)
• Fluent English language in speech and writing
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time
• Accurate, analytical, and process driven way of working
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and passion for learning
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage the project(s)

PREFERRED:
• Master degree
• Performance and management reporting experience
• Knowledge of developing and implementing processes and procedures
• Interested in Lean and continuous improvement
• Creativity and ability to collaborate and develop relationships
• Product Quality, engineering process knowledge
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g. Pivot Table/Filters/Formulas Vlookup/If/Or/And/ Conditional formatting/Charts) and PowerPoint, including data visualization
• Knowledge of international law is an asset
