About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Sustainability Specialist to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. As a key member of our Supply Chain Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' Supply Chains meet their legal, regulatory, and customer compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of SCM Compliance strategies, performance metrics, and operating frameworks.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate SCM Compliance risks, including conflict minerals programs, risk assessments, screening, and monitoring.
  • Implement SCM Compliance policies, performance metrics, and operating frameworks to drive Supply-chain Sustainability and Ethical Procurement agendas.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to promote the brand value of the SCM Compliance team.
  • Mix of management and self-directed tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant Supply Chain management experience, particularly in SCM Compliance.
  • Fluent English language skills in speech and writing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Accurate, analytical, and process-driven approach.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and passion for learning.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree.
  • Experience with performance and management reporting.
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing processes and procedures.
  • Interest in Lean and continuous improvement.
  • Creativity and ability to collaborate and develop relationships.
  • Product Quality, engineering process knowledge.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of international law is an asset.
