Sales Growth Professional

Fitch Group is looking for an exceptional Sales Growth Professional to join its Warsaw office and contribute to the company's success. As a key member of the Global Investments Accounts (GIA) Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Warsaw region.
You will work closely with internal teams to develop long-lasting client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and pursue cross-selling activities within a defined territory. Your primary goal will be to sell a suite of products and solutions covering BMI, leveraging your negotiation and communication skills to achieve results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving Cross / Up sell business sales through direct client engagement.
- Collaborate with account managers to develop long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Grow the business by persuading and negotiating effectively across the territory.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support your client's needs.
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to negotiate as well as articulate product value proposition and competitive advantage.
- Self-starter with ability to build his/her own pipeline from day one.
- Good knowledge of Macroeconomic, Political, Country and Industry Risk subject matter.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.
