About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Employee Connection Specialist. As a key member of our People & Culture function, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional employee experience, partnering with subject matter experts to provide payroll reporting and timely responses to employee queries.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, manage, and verify data for payroll purposes

Ensure payroll input is complete, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner

Prepare reports required for payroll purposes

Update and maintain master data in Workday, SAP HCM, or other relevant systems

Support employees, line managers, and external vendors with diverse queries and service requests

Manage and action cases requested by employees in Workday and ServiceNow

Troubleshoot issues and resolve employee queries in line with service level agreements

Work collaboratively with the global team to resolve escalated or misdirected employee questions

Ensure integrity and accuracy of employee records

Assist with testing related to People & Culture systems if required

Requirements

2+ years of professional experience in a global organization in HR shared services

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, French will be a significant advantage

Payroll-related experience

Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple projects or tasks concurrently

Comfortable working with a global consumer base and different cultures

Knowledge of People & Culture systems like ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, ADP is an advantage
