Customer Service Representative with Spanish Language Expertise

A Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Monitoring blocked orders and ensuring timely shipment and invoicing.
- Handling queries and maintaining smooth communication with internal stakeholders.
- Reporting and performing follow-up actions for open orders.
- Tracing shipments and interacting with the shipping department.
- Sending documentation to customers.
- Performing order entry activities in the diabetes area.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
- Spoken and written proficiency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
- Ability to work under time constraints.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments.
- Proficiency in using M.S. Office – Outlook, Excel, and willingness to use new applications/tools.
- Proactive and investigative mindset, high level of attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
- Team-player who can work independently on moderately complex projects.
- Willingness to recommend enhancements in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness.
