Customer Service Coordinator with Italian Language Expertise

Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with Italian language expertise to join our Shared Service Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and conduct training sessions for customer service staff on group procedures and SAP transactions.
- Support the line manager and Shared Service Centre Manager in monitoring daily workloads and suggesting adjustments for adequate coverage.
- Guarantee the correct operations of the customer services department within the shared service center.
- Monitor the correct application of procedures and working instructions by the Shared Service Center customer services staff.
- Lead by example and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with line managers, customer services managers, and the Shared Service Centre Manager to ensure high-quality information and services to internal and external customers.
- Apply a safety-bound corporate culture and adhere to corporate principles and values.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian language skills, with a good command of English (C1 level).
- At least 7 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of delivering on targets.
- Project management skills, including organizing and prioritizing tasks.
