The role of Head of Sales - Key Accounts will play a vital part in driving the growth of our business in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Business Development Managers and Key Account Team Leads, and will be directly responsible for acquiring and developing key accounts across various sectors.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Business Development and Enterprise Sales Leadership, with a proven track record of success in leading large sales teams and complex team structures. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to specialist teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives to acquire and grow key accounts in the Polish market
- Lead a team of Business Development Managers and Key Account Team Leads to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive long-term partnerships and growth opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies
