  1. Ad Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies across various platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of co-branded in-game content to enhance the player experience.
Visual Identity & Design Direction:
  • Direct the production of high-quality ad assets, including dynamic video ads.
  • Provide creative direction for in-game elements to maintain visual consistency with the game's brand aesthetic.
  • Review and approve all creative assets to ensure high standards of quality.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
  • Lead meetings with brand stakeholders and agencies to negotiate terms and ensure alignment.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective ad campaigns.
Performance Optimization & Budget Management:
  • Lead A/B testing and performance analysis for ad creatives.
  • Manage budgets for brand partnerships and advertising to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Trend Analysis & Innovation:
  • Stay up-to-date on trends in mobile gaming, digital advertising, and brand partnerships.
  • Apply innovative ad formats to push creative boundaries.
Quality Control & Improvement:
  • Ensure brand partnership initiatives align with Monopoly World brand guidelines.
  • Incorporate player feedback and market insights into ad campaigns and partnership integrations.
  • A strong track record as an Art Director.
  • Experience with mobile gaming and brand partnerships is highly valued.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of mobile gaming audiences and user preferences.
