Role and Responsibilities

You will partner with the LPG LVS leadership team to develop the overall Business and People Strategy, execute HR priorities while adding value to the business, and engage in strategy development initiatives for the global GPG LVS Organization.

Key Requirements

">
  • ">
  • 5 years' experience in HR, either as an HRBP or with a focus on talent management, learning, and organizational development, or consulting and advising business leaders in people-related topics.">
  • A digital mindset with proficiency in using Microsoft 365.">
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.">
  • Ability to build strong relationships across stakeholders with a collaborative approach.">
  • Self-driven, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.">
  • Resilience and ability to work with ambiguity and changing circumstances.">
  • Fluency in English.">
