Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Professional Development Coordinator to join our global Training Coordination team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating training for Getinge employees, distributors, and customers worldwide.

Your main objective will be to ensure an efficient training delivery process and compliant documentation. You will work closely with Regional business teams, trainers, and onsite personnel to achieve this goal.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating and administering content development, approval processes, and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • You will also monitor training-related pre- and post-work, and continuously follow up on certification and recertification activities.

Main Responsibilities:

Content Development and Administration
  • Coordinate and administer content development, approval processes, and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Administer and set-up learning paths in LMS
  • Document management and uploading of updated master files
Training Delivery Coordination
  • Coordinate and administer training delivery
  • Classroom trainings coordination and administration in LMS
  • Coordination of logistics arrangements for classroom trainings
LMS Support and Development
  • First-line LMS support for learners, trainers, managers, and various Academy roles
  • Acting as LMS trainer for various roles when required
  • Managing requests from External Partners for LMS access
  • Taking part in development & testing of new functionality in LMS
