Job Title: Services Commercial Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Services Commercial Lead to drive the overall business strategy creation and operational execution of a Services business across Businesses within a Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the BMC-planning with the respective Businesses and execution, as well as the financial performance of that business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategy creation and execution for a specific Business or Business Group in the market.
  • Responsible for the BMC planning process for Services across all Businesses in the market and the local execution of the BMC-plans.
  • Responsible for the topline in the Services market P&L and delivering on the financial commitments in the AOP.
  • Manage a team of Services account managers across market (dotted line).
  • Develop local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) for Services standalone business and support the BMM in the creation of integral (equipment + service) value propositions to drive profitable growth.
  • Own the Services integral portfolio and responsible for end-to-end management of Services pricing. Responsible for price setting and realization, governance & performance control mechanisms.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by aligning the necessary resources within the Market.
  • Generate locally relevant insights as input for proposition and roadmap development.
  • Provide Businesses with local insights about markets, competition, product and application developments.
  • End-to-end ownership of all Services commercial tooling & processes necessary for configuring, pricing, quoting of integral value propositions, as well as end-to-end ownership of all tooling necessary for account / recurring revenue analysis. Responsible for driving visibility into Services business in the market.
  • Interface with the Business Group/M2O.
  • Drive continuous improvement applying LEAN to improve Market to Order.
  • Responsible for Market introduction of new Services.
  • Responsible to develop and execute the Go To Market approach for assigned portfolio of products, solutions, services in alignment with the Markets' Business and overall Marketing strategy.
  • Work with the Business to ensure perfect and flawless New Product Introductions and Launches.
  • Support the Business Marketing & Sales Leader (BM&S) in the interactions with the Business, especially the BMC process.
  • Support and coach the Modality Sales and Clinical teams in the Market as a one-point contact to the Business and ensure Marketing strategy and plans are aligned.
  • Portfolio of products, solutions, and services is medium and complex.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and > 5 years of industry experience.
  • Experience in marketing technology, healthcare, or medtech products or solutions.
  • Certified LEAN Advanced.
