Description

At EPAM, we're seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to employees and external partners via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and Global IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain and update assets inventory.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and configuration changes.
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of IT equipment in the office.
  • Develop strong relationships with employees and other teams to promote good IT practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field.

Requirements

  • Intermediate/Advanced troubleshooting skills in WinOS, MacOS, and Linux OS.
  • Understanding of basic principles of asset management (ITIL or any other ITSM tool).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft EntraID (Azure-AD).
  • Experience in ticketing system (ServiceNow or similar) and asset management application.
  • Intermediate knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • User-friendly attitude willing to help employees solve their daily issues with IT infrastructure.
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Capable of working in a team in a multi-level organization.
  • Will to learn new technologies and respond quickly to new challenges.
