Biologist as Regional Sales Representative

Promega is an international biotech company that offers a unique opportunity for a biologist to join their sales team. As a regional sales representative, you will be responsible for connecting with customers, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
  • Analyze the market to identify business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Develop and execute smart strategies to meet sales goals while staying up-to-date with the latest trends
  • Become an expert on Promega products to confidently present and sell to customers
  • Organize seminars and grow the network in trade fairs and conferences

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field
  • Up-to-date knowledge of laboratory techniques such as cell cultures, PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA purification, and proteomics
  • Experience in a sales position in the life sciences sector and understanding of the local market
  • Proficiency in English and Polish, with excellent communication skills
  • Category B driving license
