About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team. As a total rewards professional, you will be responsible for analysing compensation trends and submitting benefits surveys across these regions. Your expertise in handling HR data will be crucial in ensuring that our information is accurate and up-to-date. You will also play a key role in safeguarding our data, supporting administration with regard to benefits, and developing communications to facilitate understanding of Total Rewards policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team in knowledge management, including SharePoint administration, and collating data and references for job evaluation and compensation proposals.
  • Support the team's administration with regard to benefits, especially concerning invoicing.
  • Develop and implement effective communications to ensure understanding of Total Rewards policies and processes from HRBP/business lines.
  • Perform data analysis for Total Rewards operations, e.g., merit review exercises, compensation analysis across the regions.
  • Act as the HR data custodian for the region, working with country HR to ensure data is clean and appropriately stored, and providing feedback to the wider project team when necessary.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree preferably in Human Resources or Analytics discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources function with hands-on experience in compensation and benefits operations/data processing.
  • Advanced English (written & spoken) plus other language commonly used in EMEA or APAC, e.g. French, German or Mandarin.
  • Good command of MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package with opportunities for growth and development. The estimated salary range for this position is 45,000-60,000 PLN per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
