The Agile Coach is the ambassador for the Agile Way of Working, helping Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Team Members improve functionality, productivity, and the overall performance of the Product Team. This role is part of the Agile Way of Working team and assigned to a Portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the desired culture change to maximize performance
  • Training Product Teams and coaching them on the HEINEKEN way of working
  • Identifying bottlenecks in the Product Team's way of working and providing guidance on how to improve their effectiveness
  • Removing impediments and distractions that hinder the team's ability to deliver on the sprint goal
  • Attending key ceremonies, reviewing artifacts, and interviewing practitioners to ensure practices align with the Agile maturity framework

As an Agile Coach, you'll demonstrate strong knowledge of Agile concepts and facilitate, coach, and guide Product Teams. You'll coordinate activities between teams within a portfolio and arrange cohesion and overview between activities divided across multiple teams.

You'll also enable and stimulate an environment for continuous feedback, acting as a role model. Your duties will include developing the Agile skills of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Team Members, educating colleagues on Agile principles, and providing training sessions to teach valuable skills.
