Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Office and Strategic Analysis Manager to join our team at Lufthansa Group Business Services Sp. z o.o.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes
  • Develop and maintain reports, presentations, and briefings for senior management
  • Coordinate input from stakeholders and ensure timely access to information
  • Participate in strategic projects and work closely with Board Members
  • Facilitate discussions, coordinate meetings, and ensure the exchange of information
  • Assess potential impact of scenarios and propose risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments in an international and matrix organization
  • Implement data validation processes and maintain data standards
  • Manage a team of assistants, overseeing team management, task delegation, and employee development
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in economics or law
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or project management
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in the SSC/BPO environment
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership functions reporting to senior management
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of German is an asset
  • Willingness to travel
