Job Title: Strategic Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Finance Business Partner to join our team at Randstad Polska. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic finance partnering to sales, finance, and functions leaders across the Europe South market.
  • Lead initiatives to improve market growth and profitability, including revenue and innovation growth, pricing strategy, capital investment plan, and gross margin improvement actions.
  • Communicate and influence across business partners, including Ecolab functions, market leaders, Supply Chain, and others, on various business and financial matters.
  • Prepare presentation materials to support Sr. Leadership (VP Finance, VP Sales, VP Marketing) in business planning, strategic review meetings, and monthly financial reviews.
  • Drive special projects, process improvement, and analysis for the wider division as required.
  • Support in the areas of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in commercial finance, forecasting, planning, and financial management reporting in a multinational company.
  • Good knowledge of financial statements flow and accounting processes in industry, as well as business understanding behind the financial numbers.
  • Good knowledge in the area of revenue, pricing, margin, etc.
  • Master's degree in Finance/Accounting. If undergraduate studies are not in Finance, an accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA) in progress or completed preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis.
  • Excellent Excel modelling skills.
  • A self-motivated and high energy individual that thrives in an environment characterized by growth, change, and opportunity.
  • Team player attitude, ability to adapt to complex situations.
  • English fluency mandatory and strong communication skills.
