Key responsibilities include:

- Resolving queries and complaints by understanding customer needs, identifying root causes, selecting appropriate solutions, and ensuring full resolution and customer satisfaction

We seek a highly skilled individual with the following attributes:
- Fluency in English speaking and writing (minimum C1 level)
- Intermediate proficiency in speaking and writing in either French or German is advantageous (minimum B1 level)
- A fast learner with strong customer service focus
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details
- Strong communication and cooperation skills
- Strong cultural awareness
- Experience in handling SAP and/or Service Management Tools - nice to have
- A comprehensive understanding of local cultures - nice to have
