At Brown Brothers Harriman, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transfer Agency Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing various activities on funds, assessing documentation, and updating stakeholders on trading activity.

As a key member of our Transfer Agency Team, you'll work closely with clients and investors across Europe, Americas, and Asia. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing trades, dividends, cash movements, and other activities on relevant dealing days
  • Assessing documentation provided by investors and updating stakeholders accordingly
  • Preparing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports within strict deadlines
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and their shareholders
  • Cooperating with colleagues from local and abroad BBH offices
  • Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all client-related tasks

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent work experience/internship
  • Strong interest in banking and finance
  • Good knowledge of standard Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Fluency in English (at least B2 level)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Aptitude for documentation management, accuracy, and organization
