About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Transfer Agency Representative to join our Transfer Agency Team at Brown Brothers Harriman. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process various activities on funds in scope, including trades, dividends, cash movements, trailer fees, and rebates, on a relevant dealing day.
  • Assess documentation provided by investors and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Update all interested parties on trading activity and prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports within strict deadlines.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and their shareholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from local and abroad BBH offices to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to all established procedures and controls, including money laundering prevention and banking secrecy.

Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent work experience/internship.
  • Strong interest in banking and finance.
  • Good knowledge of standard Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (at least B2 level).
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Aptitude for documentation management, accuracy, and organization.
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/requests at the same time.
  • Adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve problems.
