We are a dynamic team of 60+ professionals seeking a Sales & Customer Relationship Consultant to join our Sales Team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth.

About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for closing inbound sales leads through our proven sales process. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Setting up introductory video calls with potential clients
  • Establishing strong relationships with CEOs and Marketing Directors
  • Running sales pitches and creating proposals
  • Coordinating contract details and responding to client inquiries
About Our Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales
  • A proven track record of building positive relationships
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • A positive mindset and attitude
  • SEO or SEM knowledge is a plus, but not required (we offer training sessions)
About the Benefits

We offer a competitive package, including:

  • Base salary of 9000 PLN net B2B
  • Recurring, rev-share commission (potential earnings: 4k PLN/month after 6 months, 10k PLN/month after a year, 15k PLN/month after two years)
  • Up to 5k PLN monthly bonus for meeting sales targets
