What You'll Be Doing
As a Digital Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for servicing, enhancing, and building relationships with current and future customers. You'll work effectively to maximize sales opportunities, provide professional customer service, and resolve customer issues with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell accounts
- Contact existing customers for consultations
- Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team
- Problem-solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns
- Navigate clients to implement campaign suggestions
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by optimizing their accounts and increasing program revenue
- Meet personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while contributing to team sales targets
What You Bring to the Role
- Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in Hungarian and English
- Sales aptitude
- Goal orientation
- Computer savvy
- Reside in or able to relocate to the Krakow area
What You Can Expect
- Base wage of 8500 PLN gross
- Generous relocation package of 2000 PLN net

About Your Role
We'll train you to be a subject matter expert in your field, providing the highest level of service possible through voice, chat, or email interactions. You'll have the opportunity to make great new friends within the TTEC community and grow your career in a dynamic, family-friendly atmosphere.
You'll report to an Operation Manager and contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.
