Digital Sales Representative with Czech-English Language Skills

About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative with Czech-English language skills to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and strategize account management and upselling opportunities
- Consult with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities
- Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team
- Problem-solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns
- Navigate clients through Google Ads to implement campaign suggestions
- Build strong relationships with clients by optimizing their accounts and increasing program revenue
- Meet personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while contributing to team sales targets
Requirements
- Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in Czech and English
- Sales aptitude and goal orientation
- Computer savvy and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Reside in or able to relocate to the Krakow area
What We Offer
- Base salary: 9,000 PLN gross/month, plus quarterly performance-based commission
- Relocation package: 2,000 PLN net
- Private Luxmed medical care, including dental care and eye care plan
- Flexible working hours and additional days of annual leave
- Partial language course reimbursement program and tuition program for sales courses and studies
- Transportation Allowance - up to 80 PLN net per month
