Digital Sales Representative with Arabic-English Krakow

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative with Arabic-English to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and develop targeted sales plans to manage and upsell existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular consultations and proactive communication.
- Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on Google Ads and other marketing strategies to optimize their advertising campaigns.
- Navigate clients through the Google Ads platform to implement campaign suggestions and optimize their accounts for maximum revenue.
- Meet daily productivity requirements (KPIs) while contributing to the team's overall sales targets.
- Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Sales aptitude and goal orientation.
- Computer literacy and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Krakow area.
- A competitive base wage of 6800 PLN, plus 3 paid Sundays (1000-1300 PLN gross Sunday allowance per month), and quarterly performance-based commission.
- Anniversary bonus and generous relocation package of 2000 PLN net.
- Private Luxmed medical care, including dental care and eye care plan (glasses reimbursement).
- Multisport Card and flexible working hours.
- Additional days of annual leave and transportation allowance up to 80 PLN net per month.
- Partial language course reimbursement program and tuition program for sales courses and studies.
