What You'll Be Doing

As a Digital Sales Representative with Japanese language skills, you'll be responsible for servicing, enhancing, and building relationships with current and future customers. You'll work effectively to manage and upsell accounts, contact existing customers for consultations, and navigate clients to implement campaign suggestions. Your analytical skills will help you optimize client accounts and increase program revenue.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell accounts
  • Contact existing customers for consultations
  • Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team to increase the customer base
  • Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns and encourage them to try new marketing strategies
  • Navigate clients to implement campaign suggestions
  • Build a strong and trusting relationship with clients by optimizing their accounts using your analytical skills while increasing program revenue
  • Meet your personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while being a team-player contributing to the overall team sales targets

What You Bring to the Role

  • Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Sales aptitude
  • Goal orientation
  • Computer savvy
  • Reside in or able to relocate to the Krakow area
