What You'll Be Doing

  • Build long-term relationships with customers as a trusted advisor, leveraging your consultative selling approach to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uncover sales opportunities for our technology clients' customers.
  • Cultivate existing customer relationships while establishing and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to identify and solve business technology needs in a cloud-based environment.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Negotiate with customers to close sales, handle objections, and rebuttals.
  • Recommend, quote, and negotiate product knowledge with customers to close sales and identify sales opportunities.
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline to achieve main targets.
  • Support customers ranging from small to medium-sized businesses or advertising agencies and C-Level business contacts supporting cloud-based technology.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Experience in prospecting, developing accounts, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Ability to develop partnerships and communicate with high-level decision-makers to assess needs.
  • Understanding of cloud-based software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in Russian and English.
  • 1+ years of demonstrated sales experience.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work to resolve issues before escalating to the next level.
  • Reside in or be able to relocate to the Krakow area.

  • Base salary of 5500 PLN gross plus quarterly performance-based commission.

You'll report to the Operations Sales Manager and contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
