Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing the Return to Runner (RtR) processes within a designated area of responsibility, ensuring proper execution through Service Level Agreements (SLA)/Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and accounting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align diverse views and gain consensus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing RtR processes and ensuring adherence to SLA/KPIs
  • Leading the RtR team within the designated area of responsibility
  • Providing user training for processes and systems as required
  • Governing RtR application user access
  • Attending Governance Meetings as required or delegated by the Global Process Owner
  • Preparing period-end reporting, including balance sheet and income statement analysis
  • Controlling, accounting, and reporting for fixed assets, including fleet management
  • Supporting ERP enhancements as required
  • Coordinating internal and external audit activities and risk identification processes
  • Fostering continuous process improvements, monitoring performance, and recommending changes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Professional finance qualifications and degree in Finance and Accounting or related field
  • Experience in a finance and accounting environment, preferably in a global setting
  • Prior experience in people management, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Knowledge of global business compliance and regulatory context
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Excellent customer focus, with a commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Sponsorship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse views and gain consensus
  • Good IT skills, with experience in SAP being an asset
  • Very good English language skills
  • Proven track record in implementing financial process transition and transformation programs
  • Experience as a corporate shared services process leader or process leader in a business
  • Experience managing large-scale projects in a fast-paced, complex global environment
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
