Finance Process Coordinator with Spanish Expertise

At Goldman Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Process Coordinator with Spanish expertise to join our team. This exciting opportunity is part of our global company that specializes in consulting, technology, and outsourcing services.

We are looking for a candidate who can actively manage the accounts receivable process, including contacting clients and resolving any outstanding payment issues. The successful candidate will prepare and send payment reminders and continuously monitor their effectiveness, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, proficiency in Spanish (minimum B2) and English (B2), and a strong interest in finance and accounting. Previous experience in finance or accounting is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage. Familiarity with SAP is an additional asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts receivable process, including contacting clients and resolving outstanding payment issues

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build business relationships and achieve set objectives
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Spanish (minimum B2) and English (B2)
  • Strong interest in finance and accounting
  • Previous experience in finance or accounting (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with SAP (additional asset)
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
