Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Grid Dynamics Poland Sp. z o.o.

Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and control of monthly payroll settlements, coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to compensation, and cooperating with the accounting department in the area of payroll documents and calculations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Polish labor law and social security regulations
  • Coordinate with HR, employees, and other stakeholders to resolve compensation-related issues
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate payroll documentation and calculations
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation and provide clear explanations
  • Support during internal and external audits to ensure compliance and transparency
  • Administer B2B contractors' invoices and perform payroll-related costs allocation for corporate reporting on a monthly basis
  • Participate in SOX control procedures to maintain high standards of financial reporting
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll management, preferably in Polish payroll calculation
  • In-depth knowledge of Polish labor law and social security regulations related to compensation
  • Proficiency in working with Enova payroll system and Płatnik
  • Excellent MS Office package skills, particularly Excel
  • Degree in relevant fields, such as HR or Finance
  • Upper intermediate or higher level of English language proficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in e-banking systems and payroll implementation processes is an advantage
