Global Human Resources Coordinator with European Expertise

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Services Delivery Coordinator to join our HR Shared Services team.
This role is responsible for executing Hyva's HR policies, answering general HR questions, and providing administrative support for various HR projects in CEE countries.
The successful candidate will be challenged by growth and creating a leading employee experience in a fast-changing organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering all general human resources questions and inquiries, taking messages when appropriate, and ensuring follow-up to ensure a positive customer experience within the HR ticketing and support system.
- Taking care of HR administration, including employment contracts, administering health and life insurance programs, reports, collecting, organizing, checking, and processing data relating to personnel and regulations.
- Administering data in the HR information systems.
- Preparing reports and analysis.
- Providing administrative support for the HR Centre of Excellence.
- Executing training and development plans.
- FOLLOWING UP AND PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR THE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT CYCLE.
- Updating employee records with any changes in the employee lifecycle.
- Executing HR policies throughout the organization.
- Providing first-line HR advice to employees.
- Monitoring labor laws and adapting internal policies where needed.
- Assisting the Payroll Coordinator if required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist, People Operations, and Experience or related experience.
- Strong professional and HR operational knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills - communicates with impact, motivates others, builds support, establishes trust.
- Intermediate/business level in Dutch/Italian/English.
Estimated Salary:
Ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
