About Us: Goldman Recruitment is a leading staffing agency providing top talent to various industries.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding.
About the Role:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies;
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks;
- Develop and implement effective interview processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires;
- Maintain accurate records and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Proficiency in English and German (B2/C1), with excellent writing and verbal skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
- Familiarity with HR systems and software, such as Employee Services (ES) systems.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience;
- Hybrid work model, with 2 days of remote work and 3 days in the office in Warsaw;
