The EMEA Talent Attraction team is responsible for the end-to-end hiring process of top talents into TE Connectivity Business Unit teams. As a Talent Attraction Coordinator, you will be part of this process, providing administrative support to Hiring Managers and Talent Attraction Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for recruitment processes, including candidate invitations and application management.
- Closely collaborate with Talent Attraction Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Ensure both candidates and hiring managers have necessary information and feel comfortable in their respective roles during the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain high accuracy and quality for processes and set up and host Talent Attraction knowledge library on SharePoint.
Requirements:
- Highly skilled professional with a sense of people and strong service orientation.
- 2-5 years of administrative support experience, ideally in Human Resources.
- Fluency in English and Polish, with the ability to communicate professionally in Czech or Slovak language.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner with Executive Hiring Managers.
- Passion for working in an international, industrial environment.
- Strong business acumen with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, calendar management, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
