As a Service Desk Analyst with Capgemini Polska, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our end-users. Your primary goal will be to resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to end-users via remote connection or over the Internet.
- Monitor the Service Desk queue and process tickets based on priority.
- Gather customer information, diagnose issues, and resolve technical problems related to internet connectivity, email clients, and other software.
- Escalate priority issues according to Client specifications.
- Register incidents and Service Requests in the ITSM Tool and track progress throughout the lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong motivation to learn IT and start a career in this field.
- Flexibility to work in shifts (24x5).
