Compliance Assurance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Assurance Analyst to join our Global Compliance Assurance Team in Krakow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring various business lines, evaluating findings, and implementing recommendations for change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct compliance monitoring of various business lines, including marketing, client services, sales, product design and appropriateness, client money, client reporting, governance, trading and execution, employee training and competence, outsourcing and third parties.
  • Evaluate findings and implement recommendations for change to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate with Compliance Teams across the world to ensure effective compliance monitoring and risk management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Compliance related projects.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in Compliance Assurance processes and assist in the development and implementation of necessary ad hoc business changes.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Compliance/Audit/IA/Risk (preferably FinTech but financial institutions experience is more than welcome as well).
  • Good understanding of financial markets and products and awareness of FCA regulations and wider regulatory landscape.
  • Inquisitive and analytical approach to problem solving and a willingness to be decisive when considering the right judgement in each case are essential.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English and German is an essential requirement (other European language would be an asset).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Considered, diplomatic approach with excellent relationship and communication skills with their team, line manager, across the business and with external parties.
